I help men create a better middle life story than the one they are currently living…

Are you up for the challenge?

Are you ready to challenge yourself, your beliefs, your behaviours, and the impact (good and bad) these are having on your life and those around you?

Are you ready to disrupt your status quo, ask yourself better questions, and learn more about who you really are through the process of self analysis and better communication so you can be a better dad, husband, partner, entrepreneur, son, and man?

Then read on…

Which one are you?

The Average Guy

The Average Guy hasn’t taken his lifestyle habits seriously. Says “I know” a lot but doesn’t do anything about it… until now.

The Self Made Guy

You’re successful in life, you have the cars, the house, the wife and kids. You go on fancy holidays every year. To the outside world you have it all, and yet…

The One Percent Guy

You’re in a good place, physically, mentally, emotionally and financially BUT, how do you make sure you stay there?

How I work

The Average Guy: Mens Group (Max 10 men per group) – Monthly
This is the first step into writing a better middle-life story for yourself. This suits men who have only just started looking into what feeling better and being better in themselves even means, but are still not sure what they need to do.

The Self Made Guy: 1:1 coaching – 90 Day Program
Most of my clients enter at this stage. My ’90 Day – 7 Steps To Mastering Midlife’ is tailored and targeted to the Self Made Guy. The program is designed to help you reset and refocus. To challenge your status quo, your beliefs, and your behaviours. To avoid burnout and crisis. All whilst helping you to be a better man.

The One Percent Guy:1:1 coaching – 1 Year Bespoke
This is the next step for the Self Made Guy. You’re a better dad, husband, partner, entrepreneur, son and man. The ripple effect of you working on yourself and your new learnings has been felt by all those that mean the most to you.. everyone has noticed the change…but how do you make sure you stay there?

More importantly, how do you keep growing?

Nick was a natural choice when looking for somebody to work with to improve my work and training routines.

Nick emphasised the need to be consistent in all aspects of life: and create new micro habits rather than going all in. With this mindset alone I have become more efficient in all aspects of my life and consequently happier.

Nick also impressed upon me the need to tweak my behaviours and attitude: ‘to get something you’ve never had you need to do something you’ve never done’. That helped push me out of my comfort zone and to new levels of achievement.

I would recommend anyone who wants to make changes – big or small – to work with Nick.

Nick has the ability to make you feel like anything is possible. He helped me realise that vulnerability was my super-strength, and it’s something I’ve harnessed since having this realisation. In fact, it’s transformed the way I interact with audiences when I deliver workshops and keynotes. I finally feel like I can be myself.

I come away from conversations with Nick feeling great about myself and ready to take on challenges, with practical tips. High support, high challenge, and high impact. That’s how I’d describe our conversations.

Nick has been tremendous support for me and my business, I’m so happy our paths crossed. Thank you Nick.

Still not sure...

Let me ask you three questions…

1

Are you where you thought you would be in life right now?

2

If you carry on living the way you are for another year, would your life be better or worse?

3

Who else is impacted if you continue on this path?

It’s time to create a better
middle life story.
