What does that even mean?

Well before we start adding new habits to our ever expanding things to accomplish in a day list, why don’t you start looking at taking some things off it. Use this incredibly easy exercise below to help you work out what. 

Draw the below on a piece of A4 paper then complete each part in order of below.

Something to know…

Before you change anything, ask yourself “who do I want to become?” 

Once you know who you want to become, you can then start taking small steps and doing the things that will help you to become that version of you.

The more you identify with who you want to become, the easier it is to take the steps to create the habits and behaviours you need.

What’s one thing I can do today that will take me closer to who I want to be?
