  • Is out of shape – they can’t even touch their toes
  • Has bad eating habits
  • Drinks way too much – (but bullshits himself that it’s not impacting his health).
  • Bottles everything up
  • Feels stressed and anxious on a minute-by-minute basis.
  • They feel lonely – even when they have a family.
  • They lose their drive.
  • They lose their belief.
  • They lose their identity.
  • And due to these, they hit their unhappiest point at 47.2 years of age.

All of these reduce the quality of your life as well as the quantity.

My Mens Groups are the first step into writing a better middle life story for yourself. This suits men that have only just started looking into what feeling better and being better in themselves even means.

Each Mens Group commits to 1 month where we meet in-person twice (10 men max per group) and we share, listen and support each other as we all look to grow.

As a life coach and mentor to middle aged men all over the globe, my goal is to inspire the average man to change just some of their daily habits by as little as 1% so they can extend their lives, live happier and healthier.
