This is what 100 hours of self care looks like on me at 51 years old.

What would it look like on YOU?

The secret to sustainable self-care is here, welcome to The 100 Club.

The 100 Club isn’t just a program—it’s a lifestyle of consistent growth optimised for longevity and centred around the power of small, consistent actions taken daily.

By dedicating a few minutes a day, learning to be consistent and understanding how the compounding effect of minor changes impacts your life; you will be amazed as to how easy it is through simple and achievable self-care habits, to feel better, live better and age better.

And it doesn’t matter where you are starting from.

For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Nick Feeney and I’m a 51 year-old life coach and mentor and I’m in the best shape of my life. And not because I spend hours in the gym and only eat boiled chicken and rice.

Absolutely not.

It’s because I made my self-care a priority, changed my habits and my mindset from an all or nothing approach and started focusing on raising my baseline (the minimum standard I expected of myself each day)

For transparency I train for 13 minutes every single day as a minimum; 9 minutes in the morning and 4 minutes before bed. And I eat whatever I want… more on this later.

So why do you care?

Well, maybe you don’t.
Maybe you do.

Here’s a question to think about… What game are you playing when it comes to looking after your health? Is it the short game or the long game? Your daily habits will help you answer this.

I know for many years I was playing the short game. Drinking most nights, eating shit food, taking drugs, up all hours, working too much – thinking I could do it all and my body would just deal with it…
until one day it didn’t.

You can either wait for your ‘one day moment’ like mine or you can start to raise your baseline now, prioritise your self-care and start playing the long game.

“Raising your baseline shifts your mindset from an all or nothing approach and teaches you how to accept a better minimum of yourself” – Nick Feeney

What it’s not...

The 100 Club isn’t about quick fixes or big changes in 7 days, it’s not a one-size-fits-all nor is it about getting up any earlier to fit stuff in or cutting anything out. It’s a lifestyle of consistent growth that will give you results you never thought were possible.

I’ve been living like this for the past 2 years and as I said, at 51 years of age, I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in. Plus I’ve been teaching this to all my 1-1 clients over the last 18 months and the results they have all seen has been amazing.

And the most surprising part?

This ISN’T a fitness programme. Or a diet programme.

It is a SELF-CARE programme that meets you where you are, and builds slowly over time to create habits that last a LIFETIME.

And before you say: “It won’t work on me”, I currently have a 17 year-old and a 70 year-old going through the exact same principles I will be teaching you, and they are flying.

If you don’t have time to be healthier, this is perfect for you as some of my clients started with just 90 seconds a day of self care. And even you have 90 seconds a day.

You also know it makes sense to choose to be healthier whilst you still have the choice. Otherwise you will be forced to make the time to be ill.

So if you’re ready to prioritise your self-care, want a lifestyle of consistent growth, want to feel healthier and look forward to getting older, come and join me in The 100 Club

What you will learn

What you will get

What’s included and the cost

Private Cohort The 100 Club will have a maximum of 100 people and will be accessed via a private WhatsApp Community for general communication. And NO, there will not be loads of messages pinging for 100 days. Thats not what this group is for.

Weekly check-in The 100 Club is all about small and consistent steps done daily but that doesn’t mean you need to check-in daily. Youre a grown up and I’m not your dad. Whilst I will keep you accountable, you will also keep your promises to yourself.

5 x Online group coaching sessions These will cover everything you need over the 100 days, meeting you where you are to build your lifestyle of consistent growth using ‘The Baseline Growth Method’ that will optimise you for health and longevity. There will also be some amazing guest coaches who will be sharing their knowledge to make this even easier for you.

Physical planner You will receive by mail, a 100 day planner to help you chart your progress through The 100 Club. It will also highlight all the significant dates you need to be aware of through the 100 days. Why do we deliver this rather than email you? We want to make this as easy as possible for you. Therefore if your printer is ‘out of ink’ it doesn’t matter, we’ve got you covered.

Live Q&A When you are trying to create a new way of living, a new lifestyle, there will be plenty of friction whilst you are settling in and lots of questions. These Q&A’s are the perfect (and informal) place to get everything answered and also get additional accountability as you move through your 100 days.

In-person meet upThis is the cherry on the cake. On day 100, we all get to meet in-person. It’s the perfect way to reflect on how far you have come, celebrate all you have achieved, and start planning what next. And for transparency, my aim is that you DON’T need me anymore after the 100 days as your coach. You may still want to be involved with me and what’s next but you will not need it.

Cost and guaranteeLet’s talk money and guarantees. Firstly, the cost to join The 100 Club is £400 (which can be split into 2 payments). This is the lowest this will ever be and includes everything listed above including the in-person event.

Secondly there is a money back guarantee and here’s how that works. If you get to the end of the 100 days, have turned up to each event, participated, kept every promise you make to yourself and feel that your life has not improved for the better, you can have a full refund. That’s it.

What else you need to know.

  • This IS for you – I meet you where you are, no judgement
  • Limited numbers Only 100 spaces
  • There is no competition
  • The effort from you is minimal but the outcome is unlimited
  • Day 1 is the 28th Nov 2023 and day 100 is the 6th Mar 2024 (100 days)
  • Signing up to the waiting list commits you to receiving updates on The 100 Club and gives you access first.

As a middle-aged man with 3 young kids, it’s easy to get caught up in the grind of daily life, but my sessions with Nick have allowed me to reflect on what truly matters and take actions. Like anything in life, someone like Nick can show you the door, but you must be the one to walk through it.

What if it wasn’t all or nothing?
What if it was just something?
What if it was just something small and simple but done consistently?
What if that was the missing piece?
